The resort will have ~ 1,542 rooms and suites, plus private villas. It’s the Wynn Resorts’ first beachfront resort. Casino gaming space of about 20,900 square metres (~ 225,000 sq ft) is planned.
Non-gaming amenities will include:
~ 22 restaurants and bars/lounges.
